MetroSpec Free is a fully featured, ad-supported, 16K/48K Sinclair ZX Spectrum emulator for Windows Phone, with minimal restrictions; 3 save slots, 2 pinned games, & add 5 extra games.

Relive the 80's & early 90's by playing the classics, on the 8-bit micro that, kick started the home computer boom.

NOTE: MetroSpec runs well on 2nd gen phones e.g. Lumia, but sound emulation on slower, 1st gen phones e.g. Omnia 7, HD7, Focus, Mozart, causes FPS issues. Please disable sound or skip frames.

Games are either snapshot, which load instantly, or tape based. Tape games load at the original speed (fastload is coming), once loaded they become snapshots. A one-off 3 min wait to wait to play your favourite game ;-)
