The apps is signed by me and run on Nokia 5228 - 5230 - 5800 and other s60v5th phones with 360x640 pixel resolution.
I tested this personally,then works on my nokia 5230,well then let's explain how to make this work on your phone

1.Make sure you have installed on your phone QT Libraries! (no run without this!) you can dowload qt libraries from here : http://www.mobitowns.com/qt-4-7-3-pips-mobility.html (see down of the page for the download links)
2.Download My GPSP app
3.Download Bios from here : http://www.4shared.com/rar/-Tcc2qJW/gbabios.html
4.Make a GBA Bios folder and a GBA Roms folder on your memory card
5.Extract then the gbabios file with winrar and copy the file (.bin) on GBA Bios folder in memory card
6.Now you need a rom/s go to : http://www.coolrom.com/roms/gba/
7.Try to download this : http://www.coolrom.com/roms/gba/14041/Metal_Slug_Advance.php click on download now
8.Extract the ''metalslugadvance.zip'' and copy the metalslugadvance.GBA into the GBA Roms Folder in memory card (in future put the new roms (.GBA here!)
9.Very well now we can install the GPSP app!! (in mem card or on phone)
10.The app is signed but If the app say errors or not works you gonna install the Rom Patcher my friend or Hack your phone
11.Now in GPSP go to Controls - Run Key Configuration and set :
Up - Skip
Down - Skip
Left - Skip
Right - Skip
A - The Green Button of your phone for Call
B - The Red Button of your phone for Decline Call
L - Zoom + Button of your phone
R - Zoom - Button of your phone
Start - Skip
Select - Skip
12.Now Go file Set Bios and select on memory card on GBA Bios folder the gbabios.bin
13,Then Load ROM and search on the GBA Roms folder your metalslugadvance.GBA select it and the rom START!
If You follow my instructions the GPSP will work on your phone
Remember not all roms works.
List Of Working Roms tested on Nokia 5230:
Sword Of Mana,F Zero Maximum Velocity,Metal Slug Advance,Super Mario Advance 2 - Super Mario World, Tactics Ogre - Knights Of Lodis, Zelda - The Minish Cap, Wario Land 4, Mario Kart Super Circuit.
List Of Non Working Roms : Metroid Fusion , Metroid Zero Mission, Grand Theft Auto Advance
