SALES MANAGER is a Comprehensive Sales Management (Sales CRM) Utility for Mobile Phones. It contains of various modules to track every aspects related to sales. All the data in "Sales Manager" can be stores and retrieved from the mobile phone itself.
All modules are fully integrated and based on the Account. Details in every module can also be generated into a report to send email and print-outs. Reminders of important dates are provided at the startup.

Sales Manager Modules
The modules mentioned above tracks various details related to sales.
Any number of details can be added.
Options are provided for editing/deleting/viewing the details with respect to various modules.
Individual details of the modules can be transferred through email( Requires GPRS connection).
Individual reports can be generated for each and every detail of all the modules.
Reminder for the following dates is provided at startup.
Opportunity - Expected Close Date
Quote - Validity Date
Task - Start Date
Task - Due Date
Appointment/Meeting/Call - Start Time
The above dates will be reminded at startup and during the usage of the software.
Any number of entries can be added with user's choice. Notes are provided separately, which gives more storage for the additional information.
This powerful Sales Manager will keep tracks more than one client and account at a time, in fact as many as you like.

Working
Select the Account menu to add the new account information for the sales management. Account module is mandatory module, since all other modules are based on accounts.
User can customize the Team, member, category, Quotes, and industry list using the settings menu. All the data can be add / edit using the settings module.

For contacts, select the account name from the list and proceed with the input data.
Follow the same procedure for Quotes, Lead, Opportunities, Order module.
Appointments can be used as meeting call or schedule.
There is provision for the edit/delete all the data input.
User can store the leads and opportunities information for all the sale account. All the fields in the form are mandatory.
Email sent and sorting options are provided in the manage module. User can select the item from the list and export the data through the email (requires GPRS connection).
