INSTALATION GUIDE

1. Firstly you need to download Garmin mobile xt support files from here....DOWNLOAD HERE

2. Open the file with your X-plore and Extract the Garmin to your memory card...See screenshot

3. After extraction you find a folder named Garmin in your memory card...See screenshot

4. Now install the latest Garmin mobile XT 5.00.60.

NOW UNLOCK YOUR Garmim mobile XT

5.When prompted to “buy” or “Trial”, select the far bottom options “Connect to a Garmin GPS” or in some cases select “Use other device” then you will get “Where To?” and “View map” screen.....

6. Now go to tools > settings > about.

7. Write down the Card ID in a notebook and exit Garmin.

8. Now download the Garmin Unlock Generator and open it with your PC....Click here

9.From your PC run “garmin_k**n.exe” and enter the “Card ID” from previous steps and click Generate...See Screenshot

A.Click Generate and copy the codes to Notepad, save it as sw.unl (make sure it is sw.unl and not sw.unl.txt)

B. Now Connect your phone to PC and select “Mass storage mode”.

C. Copy “sw.unl” to Garmin folder. Usually located at E:/ Garmin.

Note:-Map name should be like GMAPSUPP.IMG,

GMAPSUP2.IMG ,GMAPPROM.IMG If your maps name is like this then ok. If not then rename it like this.

UNLOCKING PROCESS OF THE MAPS.....

1.Copy the map file for your region into the root of the Garmin directory. If it is a locked map, you will need the Map ID # later. You should have got the Map ID with the map.
