Description:

The checkers game is a board game played by only two players. One of them plays with white pieces and the other with dark pieces. In this game, the main objective is to capture as many possible pieces of the opponent, passing a piece over the opponent. The pieces can be played only on the diagonal and towards the opponent. On reaching the bottom of the tray, the pieces become checkers (represented here with a 'D'). Each player can only move one piece at a time, but at the beginning of your turn if there is the possibility to eat an opponent's piece, the player is required to do so. In some versions, the checkers can move backward or forward. However, in this game, the direction of the checkers pieces is only changed by touching the edge of the board. The game ends when a player no longer has more parts no longer exist or when more gameplay possibilities.





O jogo de damas é um jogo de tabuleiro jogado apenas por dois jogadores. Um deles joga com peças brancas e o outro com peças escuras. Neste jogo, o principal objectivo é capturar o máximo de peças possíveis do adversário, passando uma peça por cima da do oponente. As peças apenas podem ser jogadas na diagonal e na direcção do oponente. Ao chegarem ao fundo do tabuleiro, as peças tornam-se damas (aqui representadas com um ‘D’). Cada jogador apenas pode mover uma peça na sua vez, mas no inicio do seu turno se existir a possibilidade de se comer uma peça do oponente, o jogador é obrigado a fazê-lo. Em certas versões, as damas podem mover-se para trás ou para a frente. Contudo, neste jogo, a direcção da dama apenas é alterada ao tocar no extremo do tabuleiro. O jogo termina quando um jogador já não tiver mais peças ou quando já não existirem mais possibilidades de jogo.
