Description of Modules:
For this in the app there is a Coaching Module where you need to send a mail to the concerned email id,
and in the mail you need to provide your Height, Weight, Age and Gender, and can request for a plan for
your diet and workout. Based on your BMI a plan will be customized and sent over back to you.
In the Food Guide Section you will be provided with a Food Pyramid to select for particular food types,
on selection you will be suggested for the quantity of food to be consumed as per the standards.
In Diet and Workout Daily you can calculate your BMI and get the concerned Dietary and Workout Plan
to keep yourself fit.
You will be able to write the journal about your daily meals and workout within the app.
