The circles will expand whilst holding the center and breathing in. When the peak is reached hold your breath for a moment or longer. Then release your finger and fully exhale through the mouth. Wait a few moments before taking another breath so as to gain the maximum calming effect and prevent hyperventilating. Start over again and continue until you are calm.
