▸ Onmaway utilizes the GPS functionality in your iPhone and iPod Touch (3rd gen+), which means, just like any other map app on your phone, it can be a bit of a battery drain. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We suggest you plug in your phone or limit your use of the app if you’re worried about battery life.

▸ Onmaway can run the background on any iOS 4+ device, but if you have another app that needs the memory space, your phone could kill off Onmaway and thus stop tracking your location. If it’s really important, leave it running in the foreground.
