"520 Or Not" is an application that helps drivers make an informed decision before commuting on the SR 520 bridge that connects Seattle in the West and Bellevue in the East.

From December 29th 2011 onwards, commuters will have to pay a toll to use the bridge. Toll rates varies according to the day of the week and time of the day.

This application calculates the cost of traveling on the bridge by factoring the cost of the toll, plus the average cost of gas in order to travel from the origin to the final destination. It compares the cost with alternative routes, and provides a simple user interface for users to determine which routes best suits the user, depending on the time and cost of each routes.
