Use Bed Time to help you select the appropriate sleep and wake up time based on those 90-minute intervals. This app allows you to select a variety of wake up times within each sleep cycle based on the time you plan to sleep. Remember that you’ll have to factor in those extra 14 minutes it typically takes the average person to fall asleep.

The music featured in the app is by Kubbi, and the concept is based off of the Sleepyti.me bedtime calculator.
